Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting our handmade craft business.

Every item is handmade when ordered, this allows us to have the pawsitively wonderful range that we do! As such, we can’t accept returns, exchange or cancellations.

A refund or exchange will be given in the unlikely event that your item is faulty. Please contact 3houndsausages@mail.com within 7 days of receiving your item if this is the case.

Shipping Policy

We ship via Australia Post.  Delivery is usually 2-7 days.  However, in busy times the delivery can be up to 10 days plus

You must provide your correct address – it is the buyers responsibility to ensure their address is correct.   We do not give refunds or send replacement items if we are supplied with the wrong address.

If a tracked item is marked as ‘delivered’ then we cannot be responsible should it not be received. It is your responsibility to contact your postal service to determine it’s whereabouts.

All items are now tracked when sent. If you have requested no tracking, or purchased previously without tracking, 3 Hound Sausages take NO responsibility for lost items or undelivered items.
